世源科(ke)技是《電(dian)子工(gong)業污染物排(pai)放標準電(dian)真空(kong)器件(jian)(jian)、平(ping)板(ban)顯示器件(jian)(jian)及(ji)光電(dian)子器件(jian)(jian)》和《電(dian)子工(gong)程環境保護(hu)設計(ji)規范(fan)》的主要編制單位(wei)。

課題簡介:本課題對TFT-LCD和(he)半(ban)導(dao)體行(xing)業生產工(gong)藝,動力系統(tong),使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)的化學品(pin),產生的廢水種(zhong)類進行(xing)研(yan)究,掌握(wo)核心工(gong)藝和(he)設計(ji)參數(shu)。通過該(gai)研(yan)究,培養(yang)了一批(pi)在(zai)(zai)TFT-LCD和(he)半(ban)導(dao)體項目廢水處理方面(mian)(mian)的人才,使(shi)(shi)公司在(zai)(zai)該(gai)技術(shu)方面(mian)(mian)處于先進水平,對提升TFT-LCD和(he)半(ban)導(dao)體項目方面(mian)(mian)的環保設計(ji)水平有(you)促(cu)進作用(yong)(yong)。
